We are pleased that you are interested in participating in the research project "Mobility, community participation, and health of persons with disabilities in Switzerland (MOBILE). A national mixed-method study"!
What is the study about?
The overall aim of the MOBILE project is to gain insights into mobility, community participation and health of persons with and without disabilities and/or chronic conditions. As part of this project, the survey will examine whether there are differences between persons with and without disabilities and/or chronic conditions in terms of frequency of visits to important places, variety of modes of transportation, satisfaction with community participation and quality of life. Furthermore, an international comparison will be made between two European countries (Switzerland and Sweden).
In the further course of the project, the findings will be used to develop a policy brief with recommendations for action in order to improve community participation of persons with disabilities and/or chronic conditions according to their needs.
The survey will be circulated between February and April 2026. It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and can be conducted in German, French, Italian, English or Swedish. With the "save and continue"- button you can suspend the survey and continue later on by entering the provided code.
