RehabWeek offers the possibility to register for reduced fees to three groups of individuals:

1) Students: Reduced rate available to students of all education levels, including PhD students. If you are a student, you do NOT have to fill in this form. You may register directly for reduced fees on the RehabWeek website. To qualify for student pricing, students must provide valid proof of enrollment in a full-time program at the time of RehabWeek 2023 (Student ID or written confirmation by their university). Students who are unable to provide such proof upon check-in in Singapore will be asked to pay the full congress fees before receiving their credentials.

2) Individuals living in, and being affiliated with an institution in a low and middle (both lower and upper middle) income country (World Bank List): If you are affiliated with an institution in a low and middle income country, you do NOT have to fill in this form. You may register directly for reduced fees on the RehabWeek website, and provide proof of your affiliation in September in Singapore. Please note that your passport (nationality) is NOT considered proof of affiliation. If you are a citizen of a LMIC, but currently live and receive your salary in a high income country, you do NOT qualify for reduced pricing. Attendees who work in a LMIC but are unable to provide such proof upon check-in in Singapore will be asked to pay the full congress fees before receiving their credentials.

3)  Other individuals with a considerably reduced income, e.g., post docs in certain countries, individuals between positions, those with an employer that does not financially support their attendance (which is often the case for clinicians), or those otherwise unable to pay regular RehabWeek fees can apply to be admitted for student rates. If you belong in this category, PLEASE FILL IN THIS FORM and we will be in touch with you with regards to further steps to be taken.

Please note the following:

  • This is not meant to be a savings opportunity for everyone. We count on everybody's FAIRNESS. It is a question of honor that only those who really need support apply! RehabWeek already makes an effort to keep fees manageable for all. This offer does hence also not count for those already registered, but for those who were not able to register until now.
  • We cannot completely waive conference fees, nor are we able to pay for attendees travel or accomodation. We can only grant a reduction in fees as indicated on the RehabWeek website.

  • If you are from a low and middle income country OR you are a student, please do NOT fill in this form. Please read above or on the RehabWeek website how you can directly register for reduced fees without having to apply for it.

  • We cannot state this enough: PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!
